Attorney Tyson R. Ence is pleased to announce that Attorney Kayla E. Boehlen has joined the firm, creating Ence & Boehlen, PLLC.
Attorney Boehlen will expand the firm’s practice areas by focusing on Bankruptcy, Estate Planning and Family Law matters. Attorney Boehlen recognizes that financial and family matters can be some of the most difficult legal challenges one can face. Her detail-oriented method and attentive nature will serve her clients well as they seek to move forward from the challenges that bankruptcy or family law litigation can present.
Attorney Boehlen earned her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Bay Path University. From a young age Attorney Boehlen expressed an interest in the legal profession. As an undergraduate student she sought out the rigor of Bay Path University’s Legal Studies program where she excelled, graduating magna cum laude. In her undergraduate and law school careers, Attorney Boehlen pursued opportunities to work hands on with clients. She participated in the Bankruptcy Clinic as Bay Path University, working along side faculty-attorneys to guide individuals through the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process. As a law student, Attorney Boehlen worked as a paralegal in a number of law firms gaining practical experience in criminal law, intellectual property and estate planning. Attorney Boehlen looks forward to the opportunity to assist clients facing legal challenges, ultimately seeing them achieve their goals through the legal process.
